Hackle Pliers & Tweezers

Okay, go ahead and swear. Then get the hackle pliers to assist in repairing the thread that you just broke. This is just the thing to grab that little protruding piece of thread that remains Originally designed for tying fishing files, it has a strong grip and can be used as a short temporary bobbin. The smaller ones can be hard to use if one suffers from arthritis or lack strength in fingers. All items made in India.

While this does not work in the same fashion as a reversing plier, it is a strong tweezer with very pointed tips to get into the small spaces between pins to first secure the broken thread.
