This bobbin style has a real idenity crisis. It has the Le Puy head but is not a French style. It has a ball shape at the tail, but is not a Danish bobbin. And, of course, it is not a East Midland, a Continental, a Bucks, or a Honiton. It is confused. But it certainly is fun to make and fun to use.
